Return & Refund Policy

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Murphy’s Law Designs within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the item was damaged in transit or we made an error with your order, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once engraving or production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Because many Murphy’s Law Designs products are handmade or engraved on natural materials, minor variations in wood grain, color, texture, and engraving appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
